These General Conditions of Sale (“CGV) govern the offer and sale of products on the sales section of the site https://tapeauluxury.com/.

The products marketed on the Site ("Products") are offered and sold by Ta Peau Luxury, Our customer service can be reached by telephone at +33 6 11 79 28 12 (Call not surcharged, excluding possible cost depending on your operator and by email contact- fm.81@wanadoo.fr.

PRELIMINARY ARTICLE. – DEFINITIONS

The terms and expressions referred to in the preamble herein and below mean, for the purposes of the interpretation and execution hereof:

“Purchase with Endless Aisle modality” means taking an order from Ta Peau Luxury , by the Customer, carried out in Authorized Ta Peau Luxury'S Stores in the event of a product being out of stock in store;

“Authorized Ta Peau Luxury'S Store” refers to the following Stores at https://tapeauluxury.com/

“Customer” means the non-commercial natural person carrying out the Order, and holding full legal capacity;

“Order” means the Customer’s commitment to purchase the Products selected via the Site;

“Multiple Order” means the purchase on the Site of several Products in the same order;

“General Conditions of Sale” or “CGV” has the meaning given to it in the preamble hereto;

“Total Amount Due” means the total amount of the cumulative prices of the Products which are the subject of the Order, all taxes included, to which is added the price of Delivery costs;

“Countries” means the countries in which delivery by Ta Peau Luxury of Products purchased on the Site is possible, namely: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary , Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland;

“Products” has the meaning given to it in the preamble hereto;

“Custom Made Product” refers to Products customizable by the Customer “Back-Order Products” refers to Products which, although not available at the time they are entered into the electronic catalog of the Site, can be the subject of an order and be delivered at the time of their restocking;

“Pre-Order Products” means products from new collections which have the possibility of being purchased by the Customer in preview before their manufacture;

“Price” is the unit value of a Good or Service; this value is inclusive of all taxes; “Customer Service” is the Ta Peau Luxury's SPA service responding to requests for information, complaints, and providing assistance to Customers, reachable according to the terms defined in Article 15 of the General Terms and Conditions;

“Site” has the meaning given to it in the preamble hereto;

“Visitor” means the Customer who has not created a customer account on the Site. Any reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Any reference to one gender includes the other gender.
